THERE’S AN ART TO EVERYTHING.
AND IN EVERYTHING.
I’ve been an insatiable creator since day one. When I was 5 or 6 my folks used to buy 100’ long industrial sized rolls of paper that I’d fill with on going “stories”, sketches, and scribbles.
Little did I know this was the foundation of my future work for marketing, design, creativity and leadership in the world of brands and business.
Art is the universal language of emotion that we use to communicate ideas, experiences and concepts that defy words (if you work in marketing this should resonate). And I wanted to be fluent in it.
I didn’t just want to make nice art that people would buy, I wanted to create masterpieces that grabbed them by the soul. Art that seduces and beckons, that magnetizes and inspires. Art that charges and devours. And yes, and that sells.
I’ll let you be the judge of whether I’m succeeding at that.
SOME PEOPLE DISCOUNT ART AS BEING “NICE BUT NOT IMPORTANT”
I BEG TO DIFFER.
Almost everything you see or use had its start in the mind of an artist. From stop-signs to your iPhone to that car you drove to work today.
We use different names for artists besides “artist”. We call them photographers, designers, content creators and architects. We call them programmers, inventors, investors and entrepreneurs. We call them creatives.
Call them (us) what you like, we build, innovate and create everything worth owning or using. Including content that penetrates the mind, ignites the spirit and inspires you want to sign up, join in, apply now, open your wallet, build an empire or tear one down.
No one desires that which is dull, boring and soul-crushing. They want excellent, uplifting, though-provoking and profitable.
And that’s why artist matter - regardless of whether the medium is paint, pixels or points on a flowchart.
Art is life. Life is art.
If life for you is not art, then you are not really living.
ALL MARKETING IS STORYTELLING… AND YOU ARE ALWAYS TELLING A STORY.
It turns out that having skill and passion in storytelling, art, and design, combined with being a devoted business geek who’s obsessed with personal development, makes you ideal for the brand marketing and creative space - which is where I’ve been a leader for over 7 years.
Add +10 years of additional leadership experience in the tech sector, throw in a post-grad in consumer psychology, and you have… well… me!
Business and the mindset of art are the perfect cocktail for winning. After all, what better lab to test the effectiveness of creative forces in than the business world?
WHAT I DO
I combine business, art, design & technology to help taste-makers, leaders and risk-takers win minds, warm hearts, make waves and grow brands.
Like I said above, you’re always telling a story whether you mean to or not.
The question is, how intentional are you about it?
The world is loud, and it’s getting louder. Strong brands cut through the noise and rise beyond the landfill of boring businesses to magnetize, connect and thrive.
Something inspired happens when the right message meets the right audience at the right time. Call it conversion, impact, destiny...
Whatever you call it, it takes an out-of-the box perspective to fuse logic and emotion in a way that ignites an audience and inspires them to action. The kind of alchemy that combines savvy data use, creativity, social technology, artistic visuals, resonant words and actionable strategy to put the tires on the road and produce results.
And that’s exactly where I shine…
Creative content - I can help bridge the gap between who you are & who you want to be with creative visual storytelling (Photography, Design, and Copywriting) in digital spaces, real places, print, branded goods, and beyond.
Strategy and Execution - Whether for your company, personal brand, or product – I’ll work with you to develop a fully articulated brand & marketing strategy, process, and all the integrated parts needed to help grow your business and thrive.
Leadership - I foster creativity, innovation, strength, excellence and community.
